We discussed the gates being left open and damaged. We will be getting new combination locks for all of the gates & sending out the combination to all of the members. PLEASE KEEP ALL OF THE GATES CLOSED! We will work on fixing the broken gate at the work detail.
Work Detail: Sunday, September 14, 8am-Noon. Plan on preparing for the Haunted Hayride. Bring any props you might have to set up along the path. Cindy can use empty cardboard paper towel rolls for one of her projects. Please bring weed wackers & small hand tools for setting up props etc. We will need to clear out / mow / weed wack the grass down at Lincoln Road & Trial Slope where the Hayride starts. We will set up some more caution tape in front of food plots to keep Jeeps out.
If there are any new people who are interested in joining up, please have them come to the work detail & they can take a tour then.
A clarification on the taking of doe (again). The age for youth to take a doe and a buck is 16 & under – we are trying to promote youth hunting as much as possible. With the exception of youth hunters, it is still 1 doe per paid membership / family.
